在华留学生——前路该如何走？
[…] 在中国开展ISM是上帝的吩咐和命令，有着鼓舞人心的历史先例，且极具战略意义和价值。那么，谁来做此事工呢？ 中国以外的全球教会可以差遣有经验的ISM事工人员到中国去，尽管有些教会可能会难以差遣事工去服事那些非本地人。这些有经验的事工人员可以鼓励和训练其他国际学生乃至中国的基督徒。一些差遣宣教机构历来只关注中国教会的成长和健壮。接受并开展ISM事工，可否成为这些宣教机构拓展中国教会的跨文化宣教的异象，并增加其履行大使命的能力的富有战略意义的途径呢？ 像60年前的ACROSS一样，中国依旧有着一些可供富有宣教使命感的留学生学习的课程。这些课程通常只接收中国学生，而不是国际学生。有趣的是，尼日利亚教会正在考虑派遣渴望向国际学生宣教的研究生们到中国留学。这是否是近百年来基督教世界的“中心”从欧洲移向非洲的表征吗？ 即便如此，各地的基督徒也都有一个令人喜乐的责任，那就是在当地去向每个人宣讲福音。 ISM是上帝赐给中国的国际教会和中国的本土教会的礼物。 ISM的成本不高，但影响力很大；它在本地就能提供与全世界连结的机会，并使每个成员都能参与事工并使用他们的恩赐和天赋。那些不能在国外服事的人仍然可以在国内开展具有国际范围影响的宣教，而其他人则可以借此来预备自己去国外工作，服事和学习时的事工。 中国的国际教会自然地吸引着基督徒留学生们，这些教会可以相对自由地公开聚会。学生经常会因能与那些文化与自己相近、能够同情他们并与他们有共鸣的人聚会而深受鼓舞。这些教会的会众可能会讲他们的母语，但更多时候会使用共通的国际语言进行交际。 我客居中国，从这里比我更熟知中国教会情况的兄弟姊妹身上学习。他们比我更能够想象出该怎样使ISM本土化。即使面对着现存的压力，中国本土教会是否也最应该首当其冲地担负起以福音来欢迎这些临时的邻居的责任呢？ 中国的国际参与度在经济和政治方面日益增长。中国的基督信徒如何能够跟随这一潮流，在国界内更多地参与面向国际人士的事工呢？一些中国朋友觉得他们没有ISM的平台，或者他们缺乏经验，也不知道从哪里开始。另外有些人则认为ISM事工只适用于受过良好教育的基督徒，并且需要大量的资金和高度有组织的团队。很多人把跨文化事工等同于走出国门或至少是面向偏远的少数民族的事工。祷告求问、倾听、尊重和察验处在大城市中的国际学生们的需求都需要勇气。 诚然，这可能是一段很长的跨越文化之旅，但却不需要身体上的旅行或签证。那些已然对于跨文化和跨语言很老练的基督徒海归们能否抓住并利用这个事工的契机呢？海外的有经验的事工人员可否来帮助当地教会建立起ISM呢？中国大学事工的本土化进程教给我们什么呢？当地的大学事工是否可以扩展其辐射广度成为ISM呢？ 一些国际学生参加当地的政府注册的三自教会，那里偶尔会有英语崇拜。鉴于当前社会时代大背景的限制，这些教会可能难以有效地向国际学生传播福音。不过，令人鼓舞的是，尽管有着语言和文化障碍等困难因素，一些当地的家庭教会或团契小组已经将向国际学生的宣教列为优先考虑的事工。一位教会带领人最近说，如果地方教会不向列邦传讲福音，特别是当他们都来到中国，到了家门口了，那么“我们就是在违背上帝，在犯罪”。 那么，前面的道路该如何走呢？ 普世教会和身处中国的上帝的子民会一同为在这个国家中的国际学生祷告吗？我们是否会一同谦卑地悔改呢——因为我们没有看到这个机会，也没有行动起来，更没有欣然接受抓住这个机会？ 中国的本土教会、国际教会、全球差遣宣教机构以及既有的ISM运动之间的合作能否成为这前路的一部分呢？ 也许上帝正在把这个盲点变成异象，将耶稣对这个世界的怜悯心也赐给我们，并让国际学生事工在全球和中国地方教会的服事日程中清晰明确且稳固不动摇。 “所以，你们当求庄稼的主打发工人出去收他的庄稼”（引自《马太福音 9:38》）。在中国的国际学生就是这个庄稼地，他们已经成熟了，等待收割。谁来以爱将他们收获呢？ Notes ^ 费尔·琼斯，《在华留学生——群未能听到福音的“散居者”》， 发表于 http://chinasource.org/resource-library/blog-entries/international-students-in-china-an-unreached-diaspora（发表时间：2017年10月6日，查看于2017年10月19日） http://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/ytNUmaMevIk5Zijm4hF8NA；《在华留学生——服事的机会？》，发表于 https://www.chinasource.org/resource-library/blog-entries/international-students-in-china-an-opportunity（发表时间：2017年11月8日，查看于2017年11月13日） http://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/1NNjATr3RWKqLYEJmA71qA。 ^ 《洛桑开普敦承诺书II-C-5》，“爱是要拓展到散居的族群”参见 https://www.la usanne.org/zh-hans/content-library-zh/ctc-zh/ctcommitment-zh#p2-3 （发布时间：2011年1月25日，查看于2017年10月19日）。 ^ 雷顿·秦（Leiton Chinn），《在校园向散居者宣教：约翰·R·莫特（John R.
