Born and raised in Taiwan, Andrea studied Chinese Literature at Tunghai University and earned her MA in Comparative Literature from SOAS, University of London. Her work draws on years of experience in Chinese Christian ministries and publishing, and her writing seeks to bridge cultures, generations, and traditions through thoughtful storytelling.

She is based in Irvine, California.
