Wuhan and Psalm 31

In the midst of the coronavirus crisis, an English teacher living in China was reminded of these verses from the book of Psalms:

Blessed be the LORD, for he has wondrously shown his steadfast love to me when I was in a besieged city. I had said in my alarm, "I am cut off from your sight." But you heard the voice of my pleas for mercy when I cried to you for help.

Psalm 31: 21-22

In response she drew this sketch. We pray that it is an encouragement and reminder to all of us to pray for the city and surrounding areas of Wuhan and all those affected by the coronavirus outbreak. God does hear our voices.
