Ruth Bauman

Ruth Bauman was born to British parents in Nigeria and grew up in Hong Kong. She lives her third-culture life in chilly, beautiful Minnesota where she enjoys a retirement of travel, reading, writing, occasional knitting (mostly hats), and keeps a finger in the pie of counseling, her former profession. She lives with the husband of her exciting Hong Kong childhood as well as frequent visitors from all over the map. Her three sons and their families give her endless joy and an ever-changing travel schedule, visiting them all over the US. Her two granddaughters are the delight of her heart, and she spends as much time as possible in their presence—virtually or face to face.
